I can report that the Remove Third Row patch works perfectly on latest firmware! Thanks guys! If anyone reading this thread is confused, I had to make the modifications above to kobopatch.yaml, then ran kobopatch.bat, then placed out/KoboRoot.tgz into ./kobo on my device and allowed it to update.

Uppercases
For Don't uppercase header/footer text and Don't uppercase header/footer text and change page number text, you can get the patch going by updating the offset under "ReadingView::getChapterTitle()" to 298.

Confirmed to work on 4.38.23038 and 4.40.23081, might work on the ones in-between.

If anyone has a set of patches for the 2024 Kobo devices, please post them in Unoffcial Patches for 4.38.23171 & 4.39.22861. But before you do, please make sure that you are using kobopatch.yaml for the patches. You can have a look at the 4.38.23171 patches to see how it's done to double check.
