Feature request: Update Patches

Calibre is an amazing free piece of software! The other amazing thing is how often it's updated. I hate to be out of date, so I'm constantly updating it.. The problem is, it's a 40mb download each time. I would much rather grab a small patch and save the server on all that bandwidth.. and also save from all the extra clicks reinstalling every 3 days.
