VL tabs background colour
In darkmode it is very difficult for me to identify the active tab of the VL.

Is there any way to adjust the colours of active/inactive tabs?

Out of the box calibre dark mode has a red close button (window_close.png) on the active tab, and grey one (close-for-dark-theme.png) on inactive tabs. These can be overridden in the <config>/resources/images folder - or by a third party theme.
