Change colour background back

Just downloaded the latest Calibre version and it's all in black. The book information, the columns, titles etc. How do I revert back to normal white background?
Been in preferences where you would expect to find the option but no sign.

Environment variables, if you're on Windows the first few steps here show you how to access it:

Look for CALIBRE_USE_DARK_PALETTE and remove it.

Ownedbycats, I appreciate you taking the time to reply but clicking on that link takes me to a page for web designers, way above my ability. Isn't there a simple way to just choose classic view?

Preferences > Look & feel > User interface style > System Default.

This will give you the white background as before.
