Likely the black unit is the original N367 and the white unit is the N367B. The Clara BW already comes as a N365 and P365 with the P365 having a larger battery (2000mAH if I remember correctly). There is also a new Clara BW N365B though I haven't seen it in the wild. I suspect that it would also have an 1900mAH battery.

3 days ago, Rakuten CEO Michael Tamblyn mentioned on his Threads profile "a new little hardware surprise that you’ll hear about soon" that is distinctly different from the white Clara Colour facelift. i hope it's something worthwhile.
