Likely the black unit is the original N367 and the white unit is the N367B. The Clara BW already comes as a N365 and P365 with the P365 having a larger battery (2000mAH if I remember correctly). There is also a new Clara BW N365B though I haven't seen it in the wild. I suspect that it would also have an 1900mAH battery.
