Need help flashing Boox Note Air firmware

Screen says waiting for drive. Stick my drive with decrypted update.zip into it. However, it says failed

That update was successful.
But what did you use?
I just pulled the latest NoteAir update and it was using the old script stuff and not payload.bin.

The update that I'm looking at is nothing like what your update did.

Sr for the late update. I used the same update.upx file as the link you provide. I downloaded it again, check md5 sum, no problem. Flashed it again, the same result. I think there is no problem with the update.zip file I use

The autolog.txt that you posted was for a new style update, not your device.
How this happened, I don't know.

Take your update zip and replace META-INF\com\google\android\updater-script with the updater-script inside this zip.

Hi. I replace the original updater script with your new script. Still the same error, and no autolog file generated.
Here my step by step. Could you have a look if I've done something wrong?

adb reboot edl
edl /lpoke3.bin
edl /w /precovery noteair-rec.img
edl /w /pmisc misc.img 
edl /z

The misc file is from poke3 thread? Can it be used on my note air?
After that the device boot right into blank screen

adb shell
#id
#start autoupdate

Then it shows the waiting screen. But it show error when flash
