Need help flashing Boox Note Air firmware

Hi guys. I've got a used Iget Flow Pro Max, which is an oem model of Note Air that Boox make for Iget (a reading app in china)
It's is running an modified android, not open as Boox so I want to flash it to Note Air firmware
I have tried:
- Download latest update.upx of Note Air, put it in root dir. The reader ecognized the update package, but after some processing step, the upgrade process stopped because the product name is not match
- Decrypt upx file to update.zip then flash through stock recovery. Did not work
Any other solutions?
Any comments is appriciated.

If it is really and truly is the same hardware as the NoteAir...
You could use EDL or fastboot to flash a custom recovery.
Then simply autoupdate the latest NoteAir firmware.

I only have recoveries for the NA2, NA3, NA4C.
Please make sure that you mean NA(1).

Yes. It is the same hardware as Note Air (gen1). Im sure about it

Yeah after doing some research from other topics, I think i know how to do it. Could you help me do a custom rec for it?
About the owl logo, it's quite cool, dont you think

The latest NoteAir update is the old style and it doesn't include recovery in it.
If somebody with a real NoteAir(1) could pull the recovery from that?
I'd rather use the NoteAir(1) vs whatever is on your device now.

Hi. My friend got a Note Air and I'm glad to help if you could show me how to pull the recovery from it
is that something like:

edl /rrecovery_a reca.img
edl /rrecovery_b recb.img
