Yes. I get the high reading at the primary doctor when the PA takes it. My doctor takes it again later and I'm good then.

I had my BP taken yesterday when I donated blood and it's never been this low in my life. Way below the benchmarks. Either I'm dead or their equipment is faulty.

People thinking they're being helpful to a visibly disabled cane-user by rushing ahead to open a door and then letting go too early and nearly smushing me. Oh and the door had a button to open it.

Mmm, I usually don't open doors for other people but when passing through try to be cognizant of someone behind me and open the door wide and long.

We went to my parents on Saturday instead of Sunday. The nearby farm store is open on Saturday so we walked there. On the way back I wasn't paying attention and stepped on the edge of the tarmac and a drain, which was lower than the tarmac. So my ankle flopped and I went down.

I now have a sprained ankle (swollen on both sides), one slightly bruised knee, one very bruised knee and a sore hand (area below my thumb) and just general muscle soreness. It's been over two decades since I sprained an ankle.

Today my sister has planned yard work; trimming the hedge in the front yard and some things in the back garden. So that's going to be fun. My hand is currently bothering my most; I can walk around without straining my ankle too much, but keeping my hand still and not touch anything is impossible.

My ankle is doing better than I expected, even though it looks dramatically swollen. As long as I don't flex it it doesn't hurt too bad, so going up and down the stairs is a bit painful. The non-visible bruise on my hand is more painful, when I hold or grab something it will come in contact with that area and it's right where there's a lot of movement.

I did help with yard work, one of my neurodivergent superpowers is ignoring pain. I was tired and sore at the end of the day though, luckily my sister agreed to get food delivered.

Today is an easy day, some laundry, the groceries are getting delivered. My sister has a word dinner thing, so she won't be back before 11 pm. So I can just potter around today, finish my book, do some cross stitching and have dinner as early as I want. I'm also trying to find an a fun outing for later this week (probably Wednesday).

I have an emergency physio appointment today because my shoulder joint might have weakened enough to slip out of place and subluxated. Sigh.
