Indeed. This doesn't fit with what Len Edgerly suggested on his podcast. And he comes across as cautious and reliable, not a Goode-reader approach to upcoming developments. Well it's still noon or earlier in the US, so I haven't given up yet.

One thing people seem to overlook about these HD and extreme HD televisions -
First you have to have eyeballs that can actually SEE (distingush) that resolution from your usual viewing position.
Otherwise having one only provides "Bragging Rights".
