![]() And your shoes get so hot you wish your tired feet were fire-proof Under the boardwalk down by the sea On a blanket with my baby ... is where I'll be From a park you hear the happy sounds from a carousel You can almost taste the hotdogs and french fries they sell Under the boardwalk down by the sea On a blanket with my baby ... is where I'll be Under the boardwalk out of the sun Under the boardwalk we'll be having some fun Under the boardwalk people walking above Under the boardwalk we'll be falling in love Under the board-walk board-walk ![]() ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPEqRMVnZNU ) Good morning, all! Tuesday memories, stirred by this thread. So many hours spent with my first real girlfriend, at the beach but out of the sun... Nice memories. East India Company's "Keemun Downy Bud" tea along side some fresh babbaganoush and Kalamata olives. I feel very Mediterranean... Where is AceFlor these days? I haven't seen a recent post... Quote:
.... and this one used to be a favorite of mine until I switched to loose leaf teas! (Once you taste the difference between commercially bagged tea and loose leaf tea you will NEVER want to settle for commercially bagged stuff again! NEVER!) In fact, I think I'll make myself another cup of Keemun! I have to go to the store today and pick up a few packages of empty tea bags. I'm down to my last pack! Stitchawl |

"Christmas in a cup" from the local coffee bar. Not really sure what it was, but was not that great. Not bad, drinkable for sure, but eh.. did not live up to its name.

This is my first attempt to make smoothie: jackfruit, apple, aloe vera yogurt and ice, resulted in 700ml of light yellow liquid. Guess I should decrease the quantity next time.

It is not a tea snob speaking. No. It took me about 20 years to agree with this statement. However/unfortunately?, it is true. Never tried this fruit. Cuppa #2. Yorkshire Gold Tea. Following Stitchawl's tip, double standard this time. I.e., 2tsps a bit heaped and 5min steeping time instead of 2 or 3. A bit later, I am going to try it again but in a mug which is 450ml/15oz instead of my cup (300ml/10oz). I have not tasted the new brew yet, but it looks so solid that a spoon could stand in it on its own ![]() |

Jackfruit is one of the only fruits that I don't like. It's a 'pretty' fruit once each pod is out of the main body but I even prefer Durian over Jackfruit. Give me good mangosteens anyday!
But as it's evening... I think Juniper berries will work... as long as they are properly distilled! Stitchawl Stitchawl |
