I don't use it myself, but there's a Hebrew keyboard option as one of the many Kobo tweak options in the Kobo Patcher. You can read all about the Patcher here.

Hebrew keyboard

Hebrew keyboard can be added by patching the firmware in Index to the Metazoa firmware patches.

Hebrew dictionary

I add two Hebrew dictionarys, English-Hebrew and Hebrew.
to add them use this instrction, but if you sync your device the dictinarys delete.

So to a avoid that you can add this patch `Change dicthtml strings to micthtml`.
Or add them again after the sync.

Hebrew fonts

I think in the latest firmware there is Hebrew font in the kobo stock fonts, but if not and the hebrew text don't show on in the device just download and add hebrew fonts to your device in X:\fonts.

More on modified fonts here.

Hebrew fonts GPL2 License.

Page progression direction RTL

Not all publishers add page progression direction rtl to theirs Hebrew books, that allow you to swipe and tap page left to right.

To add page progression rtl to a book:

- Open the book with Sigil or Calibre>edit book.

- In .opf change the line "<spine toc="ncx">" to "<spine page-progression-direction="rtl" toc="ncx">"

It only work in Kepub format, so you can change the extension of the book to .kepub.epub, or use Kobo Utilities and Kobo Touch Extended Driver in Calibre that send the book to the device as Kepub.
