Has no one received their Adam yet? It's nearly the end of the month??? LOL

neither the ipad nor the Adam have active digitizer and they both have capacitive screens. this brings 2 limitations to note taking: no palm rejection and no pointy styluses.
For the ipad at least, I have seen lately a lot of apps that try to compensate for these limitations by trying to implement palm rejection with software. Perhaps someone with an ipad can comment on how good these solutions are.
The issue with the stylus can't be solve. If you want precision you just have to zoom a lot

Hubby has an ipad and a stylus that I made for him. He doesn't annotate, but rather writes his presentation slides by hand. So, he doesn't have occasion to work in as fine detail as those annotating on the edge might. He uses Penultimate and before he found the palm rejection setting, it was a complaint for him. Enabling it certainly improved the situation for him. He says, "I'm pretty happy with it."
