Hello everyone from frizzb in Tucson Arizona

I just got my wife the new sony pocket reader for christmas. I have a kindle and was interested in comparing the two. So far i prefer the size of the Sony to my kindle. I also prefer the Sony case for strength and looks. I just started using the Sony and need a lot more time to explore all it can do but admit i am impressed with first looks. On the other hand, my kindle is loaded with some great titles from amazon and it's a pleasure reading the clear crisp screen page after page. I also like the fact i can read my kindle books on my iphone with an app I downloaded for free. The amazon book selection is amazing and in my opinion one of the strongest selling points. i understand the Sony book selection is supposed to be vast but so far it seems a little more complicated to search and retrieve. In spite of some of the minor limitations of both products i will remain a huge fan of e readers forever.
Thanks for the forum and all the great information i can find.
Happy e reading.

Hi frizzb and welcome to MobileRead. You wife is going to love her Sony. And, if she gets books through Kobo (http://www.kobobooks.com/), they also load on her iPhone. Like you, I find that feature very useful
