Quote:
We are sorry to announce that the MyBBC service has now been discontinued, please accept our apologies.

As you know BBCi provides many sites and services on the web, interactive TV and handheld/mobiles. While we appreciate that the service was popular with a number of users, we have a commitment to ensure that our finite resources are used to most effectively provide value for money for licence-fee payers. Unfortunately this means that we are not able to provide every service that we would wish.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and can assure you that your feedback has been read by the BBCi team. We are grateful to you for letting us know the strength of your feelings and will certainly consider your comments carefully.

Yup all the other BBC channels are still OK. MyBBC was something different though - sortof a customized news portal.

Just a tiny quibbly point - the BBC news South Asia channel is called BBC South Africa in the WCC list, which is a bit confusing. Points to South Asia OK though.
