Displaying ink too light in iRex DR 1000
Displaying ink too light in iRex DR 1000 device
After I’ve used my iRex DR 1000 device for 3 months, the displaying ink in iRex DR 1000 device is light, almost too faint to read the letters in any PDF file. Has anyone else seen the same phenomenon? How to find adjustment or solution that can make the ink darker? If there is no function to adjust displaying ink grey in current version software, it is important to add this function in the next version software updated. |

If yours has continued to fade to the point of being unreadable, contact iRex's tech support. They will probably replace your device under warranty. It sounds like you have a faulty display. Open a ticket with them here: http://support.irexnet.com |
