Can someone help me correct the error?

calibre, version 6.24.0
ERROR: Problem starting the wireless device: The wireless device driver had problems starting. It said "Failed to allocate a random port"

Basically there was a hard coded IP address, I removed the IP address and left "" (doublequotes) and changed the line below it from false to true.

I apologize for not posting the resolution. Didn't really think it thru.
