My Kindle Content downloaded USB books have changed

I normally download all of my purchased Kindle books from Amazon's My Kindle Content page. When I import them into Calibre, the covers as well as some of the metadata have always shown up. I can't really do anything with these books because they are under DRM, but I tagged them and they served as a reference for me.

Today, when I downloaded and imported my most recent purchases, the book title shows up in Calibre, but nothing else, not even author's name. The cover is blank. Has something changed on Amazon's side, or with Calbre? Thanks.

Make sure that you have "Read metadata from file contents rather than filename" selected under Preferences, Adding books.
