How to tell viewer to ignore embedded font?

Hi,

I could not find a setting that tells the viewer to ignore the embedded font and use the one from the settings.
It seems to apply only to unformatted text as stated in the settings section.
I would assume that the chance that the reader does not like the embedded font is quite common or at least possible. So shouldn't there be an option to do that? I use it quite often with my reader on Android, so I was a bit surprised not to find it here.
Any change chance to fix that?

First: I could not find a way to edit my post. Is there no way?

I forgot to say: I don't even know whether there is a font embedded. I just assumed because the font from the settings is not applied.

there is no such setting, and the viewer uses Chrome to render fonts, am pretty sure Chrome's font support is fairly good.

Sorry I don't understand your answer.
Maybe I also didn't explain correctly what my problem is.
I see that my settings to use Calibri are not working for some of my epubs.
They use their own font, something like Constantia or such.
What I'd like to see is that this is ignored. I want the viewer to always use the font I choose. Basically ignore the font settings from the embedded stylesheet, I guess.
That's how Moonreader handles it and I really appreciate to be able to make my own decision about which font is displayed.

So use a stylesheet that overrides the fonts in the viewer settings. Or do a conversion from EPUB to EPUB and remove fonts in the Look & feel section of the EPUB file.

Well I am not a programmer or have any knowledge of converting an ebook.
If I look into the conversion dialog I find it rather overwhelming and confusing.
Honestly, that also seems to overcomplicate the whole matter.
I was just looking for a simple setting in the reader that could do what seems to be fairly easy to accomplish. Not a do it yourself workaround by learning stylesheets or ebook conversion rules.
But it seems you have a differnt view on this and it's not going to happen. Fair enough.

In the stylesheet:

Code:
* { font-family: "whatever you want" !important; }
not that complicated.
