Strange first line of chapter issue in kepub

I’m sending kepubs to my Kobo Forma via the KoboTouchExtended plugin.

The first line of each chapter has excess white spacing below.

The original ePub in ebook Viewer displays without this space and there’s nothing in the underlying CSS that seems to create this space.

That is the Line-height caused by the Big first letter.

Set the paragraph (not the Span around the first letter) Style to
line-height: 1.2 ; <-this is a typical. SOME MR members will tell you otherwise

I set line height to 0;
