Kindle Paperwhite - Deleting Books
I have no problem deleting books from my Kindle Paperwhite, but am curious about what actually happens.
I find that when I "Remove" a book by holding on its thumbnail and choosing Remove from Device, it does delete the .awz3 or other format file. But, I still see the folder for the book if I look under Documents. I'm not sure about that book's cover thumbnail, as those are kind of cryptic. I'm under the impression that a Kindle "Remove" leaves some remnants of the book. Is that correct? I've read that restarting clears those up, but I'm not sure. |

yes, the best way to delete is via calibre not the kindles own remove function.
