Calibre E-book Viwer: changing the language and flipping pages with mouse wheel?

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my question but as there's no one for Calibre E-book Viwer (at least I don't see it) I'll post it here. So, guys if you know the better place for it please feel free to move it there.

I have the two questions about Calibre E-book Viwer:

1) How do I change the GUI language (which in my case is not English by default)? My main program is set to English but the viewer is obviously not. And I can't find where I could change it.

2) 'Mouse wheel flip pages' won't change anything. It's all the same, no matter if this option is ticked or not. Why could it be?
Also, is there an option to disable the scroll wheel altogether?

The viewer uses the same language as the rest of calibre for its interface, which you can change in calibre Preferences->Look & feel

And mosue wheel flips pages makes a difference only in flow mode not pages mode, since in paged mode, one can only scroll by pages.

Apparently in my case it does not! Otherwise I wouldn't ask this question in the first place.

BTW I'm using the portable version of the program. Can this make a difference?

If you are using portable, then you cannot use the viewer by itself, you have to launch it from within calibre, otherwise it will not use the portable settings directory.
