Aura H2O Can't connect Wifi

My Kobo H2O is often unable to connect to Wi-Fi.
It first complained that it can't join to "my SSID" at setup, however it fixed by https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...75#post3433675.
But after that it can't connect again. I restarted it 2 times but it didn't work. It tries to connect and I can see the wifi indicator gets bold but then this message appears: "Something went wrong... Please try again."
Actually its wifi is hit or miss.
Also I tried my PC as hotspot but no success.
Update: I reapplied the fix and so far so good.
Update 2: After some hours the problem reappeared. So I reapplied the fix again.

I found the reason, it's related to my ISP and (f***in) country.
Why the hell someone on earth should block "http://www.msftncsi.com/ncsi.txt" ?!!
And just for your information kobobooks.com and its subdomains are also blocked.

You could try your luck with my WebPortal mod, it installs a local webserver and can also emulate msftncsi.com/ncsi.txt by serving it locally. For that you have to uncomment a line in .addons/webportal/vhosts.conf That way the browser should start... won't help you with any of the kobobooks features though, so depends what you want to do with the wifi
