Can I have a custom column filled when adding books?
I was wondering if when adding books I can have a custom column filled in with info? For example "column name - my info, fill with comment - freebie from amazon"
I know the work around I use is to add a custom tag for each batch of books added and then fill the custom column but started wondering if I had missed how to directly fill a custom column. |

No - what you already know, is what there is.
If you mark the books as they're added and Tag them as you describe, perhaps you could select Marked Books and apply a stored Bulk S&R definition to move the most recent added tag value to a custom (Where From) column. BR |
