Custom Column to remember converted books

I am curious if there may be a way for me to create a custom column for me to recall what I have converted.

I am wanting something like the following.

Say I have book.azw3 and I need to convert it book.epub

I would like a section in my custom metadata tab to have the following

Converted?: and then the checkboxes would be the formats (azw3, epub, etc.) and I could simply check the converted files

Is this possible to do?

I do it a bit differently.

I have a custom column Mstr Fmt (text with a fixed set of values)
that I login the book to when I tune the metadata.

Multi,RAR(Html),EPUB,HTML(zip),Mobi,AZW3,KF8,ODT,LIT,PRC,DOC,PDF,RAR,RTF,TXT,LNK,Split_Off,LRF,PDB,CBZ,CBR,Other

FWIW:
LNK indicates an empty book referral (in comments) to another title
split_Off indicates I used EPUB_Split to make this book
Other None of the above


A Not formats: target format> construct should help locate candidates for conversion.

Note: I do not track edits to the Master Format

One way to do it would be to use a hierarchical tag-like column.

Use something like Master and Converted as the top level of your hierarchy. Using your example, the book would then have the following:

Master.azw3
Converted.epub
