I've just received my replacement e-ink screen from Onyx International. I've installed it and the T68 is working again. Here are some photos of the rebuild process.

Just a quick follow-up. Onyx International sent me an e-mail saying that they had heard from DHL that I'd received the screen, and how did the installation go. So, +1 for good support from Onyx International.

They are quoting US$70 + shipping for a replacement screen. Shipping was something like US$30. It took 2 or 3 weeks to arrive.

I'm finding that a small circular magnet placed at about the level of the lower half of the D pad on the long axis of the device, centered between power button and the USB connector on the short axis, lets me sleep/wake the device. |
