Question html to zip problem
when converting single page, no problem at all

but when converting table of content page or index page, the other pages will just have text without images and formating

May be a bug in html to zip plugin?

Are all the files local to your PC which is needed for an HTML book.? Simply using a browser does not validate this is the case.

Yes sure.. I obtain it from decompiling CHM using CHM Decoder
