Hello! I am new to the forum - but delighted to be here. I am having issues converting a book I purchased - have tried to convert it into many formats (PDF, Mobi, AZW3, etc.) but always get an error. The log is as follows:

That file should have thrown an error in its native format using the native viewer.
If you used some other tools on the file go there for help as we can't continue that discussion.
