Read the last line of the log.

Either insert some breaks, or disable/increase the splitting limit.

Note that increasing the Splitting limit is not normally a good idea as many reader devices cannot handle splits over 300KB. The right answer is to insert the breaks required so that Calibre can find some split points.

The trick is to now convert again (EPUB->EPUB) with the 260K value restored

I'm having the same problem with a few files -- some were seamless -- but I have a few that continue to give me this error:

"Could not find reasonable point at which to split."

If I increase the split size, it completes the process, but creates an unusable file. Also, if I try to view the file from within Calibre, it only attempts to add a duplicate to the library.

I tried to use the debug file, but when I open that HTML file from an app on my Mac, there is nothing there but a couple of page breaks.

Help! Thank you!
