M92 screen doesn´t work

I have a M92 since 3 months, but today the screen doesn´t work.

I tried rescue, with the anti-freeze firmware, my device with the steps indicated at this post, but nothings happened:

Any ideas? Is there any solution to this problem?

i cant understand how i broke the screen. yesterday i put my reader on my desk and today the reader doesn´t work... are you sure that the problem is only the screen?

can i do anything to try repair my device?

The device has 2 ½ months. SERVICE TECHNICIAN answers: "Unfortunately what we can see on the picture is a broken E Ink screen. And as a psychical damage it is not covered by warranty. You need to apply for payable service of exchanging the screen (135+23%VAT)

Why do we see that? An E Ink screen is build with small microcapsules that go one next to each (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E_Ink).
Any irregularity shows that the screen is broken.
On the outside surface it is not visible as it is secured so that falling asleep while reading would not hurt someone's face. But if you open the device from inside you will see that the screen is broken and breaks correspond with the irregular lines on the screen that you see now.

You can also google out some more broken screens by pasting "broken e-ink screen" into google pictures.
