onyxboox.com communication troubles

Hi everyone,

I am an international buyer (France) and I ordered a M92 from the onyxboox.com website on the 01/10/2012. My money was deducted from my account but there was no communication with the seller until today. I have paid but I don't know where is my M92...

If anybody has already had this problem, please tell me if I can have confidence in receiving my ereader one day !

I also placed an order several weeks ago. They charged my credit card immediately, which is not permitted. Even though the web site says the reader will be shipped in a couple of days, the order is still pending. They don't respond to emails. Also heard they don't answer phone calls. On their web site there are many complaints about this same experience.

Your may try internet crime complaint center and Georgia governor customer office. I already sent my complaints to them. I hope I can get refund.
