Calibre and 2 * Sony PRS-T1

I have bought me a second red PRS-T1 for my wife and want to sync the same books on this device as I have synced through calibre onto my black PRS-T1 reader. I also then want to keep both readers in sync.
Is this possible and do I have to do something special for this?
Thanks,

Frank

You probably want to consider using the Reading List plugin. This makes handling which books go on which device much easier.

But if I simply want to have the same set of books on each device, I can simply plug in the new device and synch the books to the second device?
I can then later add books in Calibre and sync these to each of the two devices?

One thing you can do is create a custom fields that you can use to manage which reader it goes on. Then you can specify a color based on the value of the field.

For example, you could have black for it's been read by whomever is going to read it. Blue is for it's to be read by both of you. Red is for you (or the other person already read it). Green is for the other person. This would help just by looking at the library.

A field for you. A field for the other and a field for read. You just make the field Y/N fields.

Yes.

And if you ever want a different set of books on each of the ereaders you can use the answers of others in this thread.
