Chalcedony (Chalcey) has given up on men. Who’s got time for all that angsty dating crap when she’s got a new dance studio to run? I just refreshed over and over and it came up, grabbed the book and downloaded. Takes persistence (and patience).

The 1st Alien Mate book was one of the ARE countdown freebies about a week ago. You should probably have it if you've been following these, or perhaps people have picked up extra copies they can gift via ARE's official system for such.

Just a heads-up that orders that look like they don't go through may still be registered by ARe. My attempt to get a book earlier today timed out and gave me a nasty-looking red error message, but when I was finally able to get to the site again just a moment ago, that book is now in my library.
