Hulu Plus app released today

I got an email from Hulu that their Android App is finally ready.

It only works on certain phones for the time being, but I'm wondering if the same work-around that some people used for the initial release of Netflix might also work for Hulu.

I can't try it, because for some reason I can't get the drive to mount - but if someone else can get it to work, please let us know.

Me, I'm waiting for someone to hack a device agnostic version.

I too am curious on how this will play on the Nook color.
Downloaded it yesterday to my Droid X and watched an episode of Parks and Rec and the picture quality was excellent. They do a great job, picture quality wise, on my Roku as well.

with the nook color's screen hulu plus should shine.

Am currently watching the pilot of Ugly Betty - I'm running CM7.0.3 stable and it looks beautiful.

Unfortunately, the free offerings on the app are pitiful - you really need to be a Hulu Plus subscriber to make it worthwhile.

yeah but if you are a new subscriber I think you get the first month free.

I like Hulu so I don't mind paying the $8 a month.

Works for me. CM7 (7.0.3 Stable). Build.prop modified with Nexus S. Changed because of Netflix app. Never changed it back.

Yeah, I don't mind forking over $8/month. Looks and sounds great!
