The second announcement on MR for the day

We have added a new feature to NewsRaider (www.newsraider.com) which if you have access to your own FTP sever might be a real killer aspect. If you don’t its very pointless

The idea is simple - you let NewsRaider download and process all of the news articles and then it automatically uploads them to an FTP sever in a crisp and distilled pure HTML format – ideal for reading on your mobile phone or PDA.

You just point the browser to the URL you specify.

I would love to show you an example of a NewsRaider uploaded index but that would be illegal we think??

The FTP news is a mirror of the index of articles in NewsRaider XP, so you can have all of the same flexibility.

Its still in beta and, I will admit, we had some issues connecting to some FTPs, but they seem fixed now.
