Kindle4 other devices
I recently bought an Android phone, hence I downloaded Kindle4Android to it. I also have Kindle4PC (not that I use it very often). I discovered that there are some distinct differences between the different applications. It might be a good idea to have a listing of what the differences are so we know what we can and cannot do. For example I cannot take notes on the Android, and if I can read notes taken on the Kindle I haven't figured out how to do it. Also, I cannot look up definitions in the dictionary.
What are some of the other discrepancies? |

Everytime I see Kindle 4 I get excited even though I know that people are talking about the Kindle apps and not a new device. Still, I get that temporary rush of adrenaline.
Sorry to thread jack |

I've heard Kindle4Android is pretty unstable for a lot of users and the latest releases are prone to crash more often.

I use the Kindle app on my Android phone all the time and it hasn't crashed once. Remember the old saying "Only believe half of what you see and none of what you hear!"
You can make notes on the Kindle4Android app, but they don't transfer over the WhisperSync thing (at least I haven't been able to do it). |

I had it crash last night. Don't know why though.
My guess is that the Android app is still in its infancy. |
