The Software Specification tells programmers what to do. It does not matter what language it is in, as long as analytics, programmers, testers, and their immediate managers understand it perfectly. It is not feature description for end users.

Feature descriptions for end users are written by Public Relation specialists - people like mtravellerh ;-)

If I recall properly, one of the shortcomings of devving for PB is the lack of programming documentation in English. At least I've seen some complaints about the issue.
