What is the Pocketbook 602 ?

Has anyone heard about it ? What will the difference be to the 302 ? I saw the CEBIT interview, but I still do not get it. Does anyone have more information on that particular device ?

Hello,

I think, the PB 602 will be the same as the PB 302 but with a dazzle-free display.
And the PB 603 is the same like the PB 302 but it will get a wacom-display (stylus-touch-only) and 3G.

The 602 is the same device as the 302. Pocketbook are renaming their product range so that the initial number reflects the screen size, so 602 indicates a 6" device.

I can confirm this. I have an early version of the manual for the PB302, and it's also called the 602.

A little info here: The 602 will feature a matte screen and a better ergonomy. The 603 will have a wacom screen and 3G.

There will be no 501, but there'll be a 502 because there will be some internal changes.

This is because the software is the same. So that's why we didn't bother to make two manuals.

Mmm... They could make some intermediate model or even a middleware solution (an adapted light or something) and call it Pocketbook 141... just what we lack for 501

BTW, talking of lights, what are the models best fitting the PB360? I remember seeing some pics posted, but I couldn't figure the brand or the model.

602 will be a nice cookie)) It will be a re-furbished 302 with the main difference - the matte resistive screen and everything else as with 302 - BlueTooth, WiFi, USB host, Micro SD and a G-sensor.
