I've always found that to be the case for me, as well. I know a lot of people like Moon+ for its ability to customize (as well they should--it's ability to override formatting is phenomenal). But for me, it seems to be missing a "show me this book the way most RMSDK-based readers will render it" mode (even with all overrides disabled).
![]() I'm fine with the ability to customize to the reader's content; I just wish it didn't have to come at the price of losing the ability to see it as its creator intended (or at least very close to it). It's a fantastic homogenizer of content if that's what you're into, though. I'm due to try it again soon to see if they've catered to any of my whims. The last time I tried it, "Publisher Defaults" still didn't quite give me the view I desired (and forced me to "scroll" through the book to even get that close). ![]() |

These are the disabling options: The book looks like this after disabling css: And this is the same book in Mantano: The book is validated because I've edited it. Something I'm missing? |

Yes you have disabled too many things go back and look at my screenshot that is what is disabled by default. Try those settings then tweak your fixed settings in visual options.

I'm not so sure. If I disable all, the second screen should show "Publisher defaults", but it doesn't. How is to configure indent going to help me if I have two different indents?

Those settings disable styles not enable them. If you disable them you remove the reader from rendering it. The only way to get publisher styles is to use the publisher mode. It's best to use fixed settings styles instead but you can only have one indent setting, margins, spacing....etc.

How do I get the publisher mode? Unchecking disable css? Because then it doesn't look good at all. One only setting is not valid for me.

You have to enable it in miscellaneous options but try unchecking disable CSS styles in miscellaneous options see if that works for you.

Unchecking does not work and I don't find the other option.

I am one of those rare people that can read on anything. Tablet, smartphone, eink device. No problems with any of them. My wife is also the same way.
My biggest problem is synching between the devices. :-) Blossom - I really like your background. Would you be so kind as to provide this to us in .jpg format? I'd like to give it a try on Moon+ Reader, myself. |

I really prefer e-ink to read, more for the battery life than anything else. I did manage to try out the Kindle app on my new phone while in a lonnnng line at the grocery store this afternoon. The store was crazy!
