Only you know how many books you want to put on it. My 32GB Oasis currently has around 12,000 books on it. I like having a large selection available to me.

Actually, you can. Collections can now be populated from the "Manage Your Content and Devices" page on Amazon.com. As long as you send your books purchased from other places to your Kindle cloud, all of your books and collections can be managed from your PC.

I have something similar (although not fuzzy) and found it to be the best way for me to hold my Oasis. My hand used to cramp trying to hold onto it as I have small hands. I bought this one with a grey background so that the base part just blends right in with the graphite metallic back of my Oasis. I can read comfortably this way for hours even lying in bed holding it above me.

More like a bigger 2019 Basic, actually. It’s a lovely device and if it had a 7 inch 300 dpi screen and thin buttons both sides like the Kindle Basic 4, with NO flush screen, that would be just perfect for me. But the KOA3 will have to do in the meantime.

I didn’t love the page press buttons on the Voyage and I don’t love flush screens on e-readers.

I'm curious why you dislike flush screens? They're so much easier to keep clean than recessed screens, and no recessed edge to cast annoying shadows.

I’m ok with them, I think they look nice, and they’re lovely and smooth. I do appreciate not getting fluff round the sides. I just find that I prefer having the screen a little recessed, for some illogical reason it makes it feel more like a book to me. Completely illogical, as of course a book page is as flush as they come.

Another reason though, is clarity. The text is usually clearer and bolder without the flush screen. That’s the case for my KOA2 when compared to my husband’s really older Paperwhite and my really new 2019 Basic. So that is a more proper and logical reason. It’s a slight preference only, not something I feel very passionately about. Saying that though, my old Voyage had nice dark text, almost as nice as the even older Kindle Keyboard.

In short, I’ve usually experienced the clearest text (not washed-out looking) on screens without the top layer.

P.S. When I said 'don’t love', I didn’t mean I didn’t like them.

I'm not interested in a new Kindle until they make one with a screen at least as good as the flush glass screen on the Voyage. I have never seen it documented anywhere that the Oasis has a glass screen.

Both existing Oases have glass screens, so I’d be very surprised if this new one didn’t. Doing a side-by side comparison of my Voyage and Oasis 2, my impression is that they are equally good.

Yes, both the 2016 and the 2017 Oasis have glass screens. Still, my Voyage has better contrast and darker text than both my Oases. Even so I use the 2017 Oasis far more than the Voyage, I really like its bigger screen and the contrast is good enough for me (especially as you can increase the font weight now).
