Good decision to return it. I'd return mine if I could - but I waited too long. The Kobo has crystallised my attitude towards devices with crap software. No longer will I hope for firmware updates. Every device I get in future that has problems like the Kobo's page turning goes straight back to the store. It's the only way to teach them a lesson about half-arsed crap software (IMNSHO) !
