bu -> boo
ch -> just like you would pronounce it when saying "Loch Ness"
leser -> pronounce "e" like in "bed", all in all "leser" is pronounced very similiar to pronouncing "laser" fast.

What is interesting is that at least two of those entries pre-date Donnageddon's "invention" of the term by months and do appear to be referring directly to ebook reading devices. This would give the term ebuchleser primacy compared to liseuse since it is used in it's native language to describe an ebook reader, unlike liseuse.

i'm not sure where you might have gotten the idea that "liseuse" is not used in french to describe an ebook reader. take it from an actual french person, it is. here's an example from an article i was reading earlier today, about the cost of ebooks, published by the very serious news magazine "L'Express" :

One problem with ebuchleser (apart from beeing partly a german term

) is that "leser" implies more a person than a device in most cases. (Well, not in all cases, eg. "card reader" -> "Kartenleser", but still in the majority of cases whenever "leser" is used as subword). "Elektronisches Lesegrät" ("electronic reading device") or just "Lesegerät" seems to be more common in the german speaking area.

I often use the word ebuchleser, but only after being in a pub or café for several hours and imbibing many alcohols.

I use many words after such an evening. I rarely understand any of them.
