I went into glasses at 9 and remember telling everyone how "clean" everything looked. I figured out later I was reacting to the crispness of lines, and the sharpness of the appearance of everything. I had gotten used to the blurry sort of underwater effect that I perceived my world through

Amen, and amen!! I love the description -- that's what I feel every time I get a new, updated pair of prescription lenses. You are Wonderful with words!!

I could be wrong, but I think if you save the image to your desktop and then attach it thusly;

Ah, thank you. Very nice! I can see it, since it is no longer located at "dropbox" (the part that is verboten, apparently, though the system didn't stop me from trying out a dropbox myself, a day or two ago).

Very nice glasses, and nice looking guy. But that can't be Marc -- Marc has all sorts of color painted on his face. And a beanie!

You look fine in those! (I'm biased, though - the yeti's are remarkably similar!)

The glasses are good, excellent, though I'm only just getting used to them. It feels odd, dizzying, things not being fuzzy, and having my eyes actually attempt to focus on stuff. Sharpness. As a (hobbyist) photographer, everything looks...real, fascinating, photogenic again.

I envy you that experience with glasses. I spent the first few days with my depth perception totally screwed up - stepping way too high to go over bumps, and swerving to avoid people who weren't that near
