Same thing, but Aged in Bourbon Barrels instead of Cabernet barrels. Not a huge difference as the cabernet/bourbon flavor is pretty faint in the finish of the beers. You get more of the oak from the barrels in both, than the former contents of said barrels. | |

Latvian and Polish shops. However, 3 weeks ago on Saturday I was listening to BBC Radio 4 where they introduced British listeners to Kefir. They explained that in Eastern Europe it is a daily product, just like milk. They gave a good example. Any expensive bio-yoghurt you buy in local supermarkets have maximum 4 bacteria that are improving your digestion. Kefir has at least 18! It is much better than any bio-yoghurt, but...you cannot buy it in the UK? For obvious reasons they could not tell Brits to go to Latvian and Polish shops, but they pointed out that we can purchase Kefir Culture Kits on the Internet and make Kefir at home. You take one sachet, add milk and it starts to proliferate I bought one but have not tried it yet because I had mother-in-law visiting and didn't want any unasked for tips I think I am going to try it in a few weeks. |
