Douglas Preston Impact on Barnes and Noble

I noticed this morning that it is available for download on Barnes and Noble ($12.99) but everybody else I checked still says May 4th.

Mistake or is Barnes getting faster access?

Don't care in this case, I'll never buy another book of his.

I know, it pisses me off since Amazon says it is not available until May 4th. I think it is just more of the pissing contest between amazon and publishers. You can but Impact at B&N and at Apple's iBook store...
