I am now going to get off the computer (not getting any work done any way).

My eyes have gone all googly. (I wish I had ebook reader to read my new ebook with)

I am going to make a cuppa tea and go an watch my new DVD season 2 Murphy's Law. I know it is old. So nobody tell me what happens.

Then no doubt the lure of the online life will grab me again. Maybe I should find the dice and start a dice life. OOh that reminds me I will have to get an ebook version of the dice man and read it again.

blah blah.....

OK shutting up now

Not necessarily what you might have in mind, but this site features another great way to plant tomatoes that request less care and give great results. There's even instructions on the site to make your own water reserve container.

No idea. That sounds like something for the post-op doctors. If I did it right, you shouldn't be able to taste your eyes.

yeah, I bought one for about 10 bucks. the horse feed bags, and I use one a day, are the same material. I'm thinking put in a few reinforced holes, a couple of either tomato, pepper, cucumber, etc starts... some dirt... thriving little farmers market business mebbe?

yep, nope, not that... I'm trying to "repurpose" all these damn feed bags and I think I might have a winner here! (maybe)

I've been looking into something like these, also known as "Earthbox". Seems a simple idea, but don't know how effective they are in terms of yield etc. Seems a little expensive, though there are numerous ideas for DIY ones.

Now Geoff, we discussed this already, you know that's no good. You've got to start using metrics now, or I'm taking back the Greenwich Meridian. I mean it

It's very moist. I think I may have erred by putting a glaze on the top, despite following the recipe the chocolate/icing didn't mix very well.

The main test will be this evening when my lady can try some ...

That really sounds luscious...I saw that recipe before, right?

Physically, I was all worn out when I got to bed - I walk to and from work and I did "The Great Weekend ScrubOut" yesterday because the bf didn't let me when he was here. It's the brain that can't keep quiet. I don't think I slept before 2am, and I woke up at 6:30... an hour and a half before my wake up time!

Very easy to do, once you find a source for containers. I will get mine free from the grocery store, where, in the bakery, they receive premade muffin mixes in big, sturdy plastic containers and throw them away after use!
I even tried the method with 4L water jugs, in which I cultivate basil. It looks incredibly good and healthy, and it grows much faster than any basil I ever had, and it's not even outside!
