I don't have a jetbook, I have a Libre. But since they are the same hardware, I would think so. Though the Libre does come with a case, so I haven't bought a silicone case for mine. The fit of the Libre in the case is rather snug, I think if you bought a silicone case then you probably would not be able to fit it in there. I heard from my son that silicon cases attract a lot of dirt. He has discarded the ones he bought for his ipods.

Those cases for Jetbook that snap onto the edge of the Jetbook... (some have a light i them)... will they also work the same way on the Libre ?

Thanks

Unless you're using the Jetbook version that takes regular batteries, the size specs should be the same as the Libre.

Ha ! Nice Work

The Libre comes with a sleeve/pouch. But I wanted something hard to open and read,

I cant believe there's no Libre accessories, or Chinese cmpanies making after-market versions ?

I suspect it might just be that the eReader market isn't diverse enough yet for the third party case-makers to step in and profit.

You see the same thing in other markets too -- for example Sony wanted $45-$60 for a simple case for the digital camera I bought -- but in those cases, where more people own the tech and are looking for the cases, third party companies are rife, and their prices tend to be much lower.

Low demand usually lowers the price, but not in this case, because too few companies bother to enter the mix.

Are the wallets/cases interchangeable, I mean, the Sony PRS300 snap on wallet looks the same as the Jetbook ones, but cheaper.

anyone know?

I use a photo brag book for my Jetbook. I get the ones for 4" X 6" photos. Most of them the sleeves for photos slip out. And then I use velcro to hold the reader in place. Even the ones that the sleeves are sewn in can be clipped out easily.

Case Logic makes a case for the Sony Reader that fits my Jetbook Lite nicely. It zips around the edge, $29 at Best buy.

Ellen,

Can you tell us where you got your Photo Brag Book? This seems to be a generic term.

I live in Texas and I got some at Hobby Lobby and Michaels. Some have a closing tab some don't. The one that is in the photo I came across in Marshalls. One more store is Barnes and Noble. You can spend from $4.00 to $58 depending on the brand. Ebags.com has them on their site too. Also I have seen them on Amazon and also on Ebay. I just search for 4 x 6 photo album or bragbook. Usually on Ebay they are about $24. If you have problems finding it online. I can look up the place I have and post a link.
