If you wrote even one sentence, one word in the spirit of creation, you succeeded. There is no win or lose in writing, only win. | |

It was slightly amusing in an "I'm so cool and you are a bunch of geeks, so see if you can get the irony" sort of way. The writing sucked, really.

I read the blog article, and a few more down. My question is who is this woman? I've never heard of her. Basically, what gives her the credentials to sit there and..for lack of a better word, be a cocky little -insert naughty word here- The article did come off condescending. The next article or two that I read on her page were all about her on LuLu or something. Last I checked, LuLu produced more dreck than NaNo...and people actually think they can get $30 for the man milk cook book (seriously - it was in their top sellers for a while. Go ahead and google "Natural Harvest") and some other....interesting media. Not to say that LuLu is all bad. There's been some pretty decent success stories and indies that came out of there (Jeremy Robinson comes to mind) Last edited by jaxx6166; 12-09-2009 at 12:00 AM. |
