2 what "society" are we talking about here. (According to google a society is : "an extended social group having a distinctive cultural and economic organization."

3: What the "intercourse" are you talking about, how do you make that work???

You're right. I can't prove anything. But I'm confidant. i use a version of the ePub firmware everyday on my opus. Buggy, but ePub nonetheless.
I have prof everyday that the firmware do exist, and I don't think bookeen stupid enough not to publish it.

I think 'buggy' might be a clue, but stupid is not so easy to prove or disprove.

I believe Bookeen is in some kind of bind, financial (forced to understaff, maybe) or legal, and management practice in such cases is often to 'stall' revealing the problem.

They are still trying to sell Opus, and appear to have abandoned Gen3. Neither machine will keep up with the market for another year. Opus needs fixes at least, and will begin to look mediocre compared to newer machines, if it fails to get more features.

They are not publishing or talking because they can't publish and can't admit why. We are out of luck.

Its just words, they cant hurt you.
