I guess I'm 7 for the device virgin, but I've been reading ebooks for many years. I fact I bought an ebook so long ago, the DRM is not even known these days and I can't use it.

Fortunately some kind MR member finally figured out what was going on with it, and I had to give up on ever accessing those books.

While I wait for mine to return, this will give me the chance to do something I should have done long ago... and that is to get my SD card loaded with the books on my PC. I still have so many to copy over.

I got one of the pre-order black units and I love it and have had no problems. This was my first ebook reader (previously used blackberry 8330 mobipocket) and it works with every file I have thrown at it!!
